About the role: Our client is seeking an experienced and driven Wealth Consultant specialising in Retirement to join their team based in Bangkok. This role offers the opportunity to advise clients on retirement strategies, plan design, and implementation, leveraging your expertise to develop customised retirement solutions that align with clients' financial objectives and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities:

• Support the Retirement Business Leader in generating market demand and driving sales
• Evaluate existing client relationships to identify needs that can be addressed by our services in Health, Wealth, and Career
• Lead defined contribution projects, focusing on plan design and investment performance benchmarking/monitoring
• Develop the team's capabilities and investment insights
• Review and provide feedback on the work of team members to foster improvement

Key Qualification:

• Minimum six (6) years of progressive experience in consulting, banking, finance or investment
• CFA certified is required.
• Strong familiarity and connections with local institutional investors within the banking, local asset management and wealth management industry
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, manage multiple priorities while working in a rapidly changing environment
• Proven ability to prioritize competing requirements and deadlines under pressure
