Accomplish Retail Advisory and Sale Management’s objectives by planning, supervising, controlling, and supporting all activities under the group
Develop strategy to achieve business performance that aligns with corporate goals and vision
Provide direction to departments under Retail Advisory and Sale Management to ensure all departments have the same target on achieving business objective
Seek opportunity for cross-selling and up-selling for retail banking
Monitor overall performance under Retail Advisory and Sale Management to ensure performance achievement
