About the role: Our client is on the hunt for a talented and dedicated Senior Compliance Manager to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, where you will be responsible for monitoring laws, regulations, and business rules concerning the lending business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor laws, regulations, and business rules concerning the lending business
• Review compliance checklist, plan, guideline and manual to ensure alignment with relevant laws, regulations and company policies
• Conduct compliance audits including physical checking of all necessary documents
• Provide compliance training and advice to raise awareness among staffs and managements on certain compliance issues
• Coordinate with regulators and external parties regarding regulatory compliance matters
• Prepare compliance reports for senior management and headquarters

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Laws or any related field
• At least 5 years of compliance working experience in financial business
• Good knowledge of personal loan products & services
• Excellent command in English
• Strong analytical skills
• Effective presentation skills
• Proven project management skills
