Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Business Process Support to join their team in Bangkok. This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilise your expertise in securities brokerage’s end-to-end processes, account management, and regulatory compliance.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilise your expertise in securities brokerage’s end-to-end processes, account management, and regulatory compliance. You will be responsible for both retail and institutional clients, handling account opening, maintenance, closure, and client static data maintenance. Your excellent understanding of Know-Your-Client (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) processes will be crucial in this role.

  • In-depth understanding of Thailand securities brokerage’s end-to-end processes required
  • Experience in account management within the financial industry is essential
  • Proficiency in Freewill Solutions / SBA Solutions Suite, particularly in SMART Customer

What you'll do:

As the Head of Business Process Support, you will play a pivotal role in managing the end-to-end processes for both local and foreign securities accounts/investment products. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include handling account opening, maintenance, closure for both retail and institutional clients. You will also be responsible for client static data maintenance including system upgrades. Your strong attention to detail will be key in ensuring accuracy of all supporting documentation and client correspondences.

  • Handle all retail and institutional account opening, maintenance, and closure
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all supporting documentations and client’s correspondences
  • Handle client inquiries/complaints, investigate and resolution, together with Sales/Relationship Managers
  • Update system database according to project requirements and regulatory updates
  • Screen, review and monitor KYC and AML screenings (new and existing accounts)
  • Ensure accuracy and validate client records in systems with supporting documentations
  • Perform gap analysis and controls testing on applicable processes
  • Assist implementation of special project and ensure timely delivery

What you bring:

As the ideal candidate for the Head of Business Process Support role, you bring a wealth of experience from the financial industry. Your background includes a minimum of 5 years' experience in account opening/client onboarding within the financial industry. You have a deep understanding of KYC/AML regulations as well as general securities brokerage/banking principles. Your proficiency in Freewill Solutions/SBA Solutions Suite, particularly in SMART Customer, will be highly beneficial in this role. Your strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and customer service orientation are key to your success.

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of prior experience in account opening/client onboarding within the financial industry
  • Familiarity with KYC/AML regulations, and general securities brokerage/banking principles
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Proficiency in Freewill Solutions/SBA Solutions Suite, particularly in SMART Customer
  • Strong attention-to-detail, data accuracy, customer service orientation
