What you'll do:
As a Managerial Accounting Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing various aspects of our client's financial operations. Your responsibilities will include analysing credit data, preparing financial reports, managing budgets, and identifying opportunities for process improvement. You will also be expected to assist with special assignments and support additional tasks as needed. This role requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
* Analyse credit data and operate credit control functions to ensure all transactions are processed promptly and accurately.
* Prepare monthly receivables analysis reports for management review.
* Allocate operating expenses and prepare financial summary presentations.
* Initiate financial analysis using power platforms or analytical tools.
* Manage budgeting operations using spreadsheets, SAP HANA / COPA.
* Identify opportunities to enhance the efficiency of accounting processes and propose improvements.
* Assist with special assignments and generate ad-hoc reports as requested by management.
* Support additional tasks as required to align with business needs.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Managerial Accounting Officer position brings a wealth of experience in credit control, financial analysis, audit firm or related functions. You possess excellent business writing and communication skills in English. Your proficiency in SAP HANA (including COPA module), coupled with your strong skills in Microsoft Excel and experience with Power Platform or other analytical tools sets you apart. Your ability to work independently under tight deadlines while maintaining excellent communication and reporting skills makes you an ideal fit for this role.
* Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Minimum 3 - 6 years of experience in credit control, financial analysis, audit firm or related functions.
* Effective business writing and communication skills in English (TOEIC 750+).
* Proficiency in SAP HANA (including COPA module).
* Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and experience with Power Platform or other analytical tools.
* Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
* Excellent communication and reporting skills.
* Detail-oriented and highly organised.
* Proactive with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
