Accounting Director 180K - Sathon

The Accounting Director will report directly to the CEO, overseeing the entire accounting and finance function. This includes aligning financial operations with Publicly Accountable Entity (PAE) standards, leading a team of seven, and supporting IPO preparations.ns.

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee end-to-end accounting and finance operations, ensuring compliance with PAE standards.
2. Lead and manage a team of seven, including Costing, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) functions.
3. Utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly during the post-go-live phase.
4. Support the preparation of budgeting, forecasting, and management reports to aid strategic decision-making.
5. Initiate and manage engagements with external auditors to support IPO-related requirements.

Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience working in a publicly listed company.
3. Experience in preparing a company for an IPO is highly preferable.
4. Strong interpersonal skills, a good sense of humor, and a can-do attitude.
5. Demonstrated ability in problem-solving and strategic thinking.

Benefits

1. Base Salary: THB 150,000 - 180,000 per month.
2. Variable Bonus: 1-2 months.
3. Annual Leave: 6 days.
4. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
