[Urgent] Internal Audit Manager (Bangkok/Udon)

As a result of ongoing and continued successes both within Thailand and internationally, this famous agricultural company is recruiting an Internal Audit Manager (x1 vacancy) to join the team.

About the Internal Audit Manager Role:

Reporting to the Chief of Compliance, you will take care of all the financial business process and controlling related activities of the company. As the Internal Audit Manager, you will be in charge of working on the reporting standards and data gathered as well as training to staff in the company.

The salary range for this role is THB85k - 120k per month + bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support business team in reviewing, checking and tracking accuracy of event details and make sure they are all align with current policy, SOP and compliance guidance
• Assist compliance lead in conducting self- assessment on pre and post event approval documents and investigated all deviation occurred
• Support business team on compliance system issue and related enquiries
• Assist compliance to perform compliance monitoring and follow up documents with business team and ensure all gaps in process are properly closed
• support compliance to perform all kinds of data reconciliation program and follow up with commercial team to ensure expense reconciliation
• Perform checking task, advise checker, received result, make verification with event owner/checker
• Consolidate final result, build report, propose consequence management and tracking result in master data
• Fully support staffs and vendors on due diligence process
• Coordinate with third party spot checker to ensure the spot check process and documents is well organised

To succeed in this job, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operative with senior management teams, across borders and internal matrix.

Key Requirements:

• Thai native speaker with ability to communicate in English
• TOEIC 800 or above
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration
• Six -10 years of work experience as an audit/internal control related field
• Experiences in Agricultural/Manufacturing/Trading business is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and analytic skills
• Hands on, logical, results oriented and an active personality
• Able to travel out of Bangkok and stay in other province from time to time
