What you'll do:

• Take ownership of comprehensive financial analysis, planning, and forecasting activities for innovation projects and key performance indicators.
• Steer the Annual Operating Plan process by managing budgets and playing a vital role in strategic planning.
• Deliver strategic financial decision support that elevates brand and innovation performance across multiple functions.
• Uncover actionable insights by proactively identifying risks and opportunities from a profit and loss perspective while keeping market dynamics and commercial trends in mind.
• Support the rollout of strategic initiatives by ensuring they align perfectly with company objectives to maximise overall business impact.
• Conduct detailed financial simulations and confidently present recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with commercial and marketing to analyse results against plans, spot improvement opportunities, and support scenario-based decision-making.

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field is required.
• At least five years’ experience in a Finance Manager position within the FMCG sector or similar industry.
• Demonstrated background in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, business case development, and project financial analysis is necessary for success.
• Experience evaluating trade and marketing spend effectiveness as well as analysing channel and brand P&L performance is highly valued.
• Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English are crucial for building relationships across diverse teams.
• Strong interpersonal abilities are needed to influence stakeholders positively while fostering co-operation across functions.
