Finance Business Partner

Our client is on the hunt for a Finance Business Partner to become an integral part of their team in Bangkok, conveniently located near BTS/MRT. This role presents a thrilling opportunity for a finance professional who flourishes in enhancing business performance through insightful planning and forecasting.

What you'll do:

• Construct financial models/tools to back robust planning and forecasting processes
• Communicate with Regional/HQ team on all financial planning activities
• Track and enhance company actual performance vs. LY, Budget, Forecast, KPIs through various analysis
• Spot key variances and underlying reasons/root cause and provide recommendations
• Partner enthusiastically with cross-functional team to identify risks & opportunities on both top and bottom line
• Conduct financial feasibility and provide financial supports to BD and commercial teamand others as required

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• Minimum 8 years' experience in FP&A in fast-pace environment
• Robust knowledge in planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance management
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts
• Capability to manage complex planning and reporting process with multiple teams stakeholders
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written
