Regional Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Our client is on the lookout for a Regional Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join their team in Bangkok. What you'll do:

As the Regional Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, your role will be multifaceted. You will be responsible for SEA Rolling Forecast P&L, preparing various financial reports, liaising with different teams, and driving the overall SEA Cash equation to meet targets. Your ability to multitask, prioritise workload, pay high attention to detail, follow-through and meticulousness will be crucial in this role.

  • Rolling Forecast P&L for package submission
  • Prepare P&L from Gross Sales to Profit before Tax
  • Validate and Consolidate Risks & Opportunities
  • Be SEA Finance Contact point for any queries or support required
  • Prepare for Quarterly review with SEA management team on SEA Deep dive topics – COGS / Productivity / Efficiency
  • Liaise with Commercial Finance on monthly Topline Trend and Actual Landing for SEA Consolidation and Submission
  • Ensure SEA actual closing of financial results is in line with rolling forecast and with variances explained.
  • Driving Overall SEA Cash equation to meet target
  • Coordinate and lead cash committee meetings with various stakeholders to discuss cash management strategies and initiatives

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Regional Financial Planning and Analysis Manager position brings a wealth of experience in FP&A/Cash management. With at least 10 years of experience under your belt, you are well-versed in the FMCG sector and have worked within multinational corporations. Your excellent communication skills allow you to effectively engage with numerous stakeholders, and your strong influencing ability drives you to win multi-functional collaborations. You are highly independent, resourceful, and meticulous, with a proven ability to multitask and prioritise workload.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or related feild
  • At least 10 years of experience in FP&A/Cash management or more
  • Experience from FMCG and MNC is a plus
  • Proven ability in multi-tasking, prioritizing workload, high attention to detail, follow-through and meticulousness
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with numerous stakeholders
  • Highly independent and resourceful
  • Strong influencing ability and drive to win multi-functional collaborations
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
