About the FP&A Specialist Role:
The FP&A Specialist is a key member of the finance team, playing a crucial role in providing financial leadership and guidance to achieve company objectives. This individual will lead the annual financial plan, quarterly LE forecast, and monthly reporting processes for assigned areas, demonstrating a collaborative and teamwork mindset. The FP&A Specialist is responsible for fostering effective working relationships with business partners, finding innovative solutions to problems, and driving process improvements across the organisation.
The package includes base salary + guaranteed bonus + WFH policy
Lead the annual financial plan and quarterly LE forecast cycles
Collaborate with business partners to monitor revenue and expense performance indicators, providing guidance and insights into financial forecasts
Prepare monthly reporting packages, working closely with business partners to analyse variances and assess implications on business performance
Develop Key Performance Indicator (KPI) metrics and other tools to evaluate performance across the business
Cultivate effective working relationships with cross-functional teams to streamline and enhance reporting, providing management with valuable insights for more informed decision-making
Develop a strong understanding of the Functions to identify synergies and efficiencies across the organisation.
Challenge the status quo in an appropriate manner, seeking more optimal and cost-effective approaches aligned with the company's strategy
Take ownership of developing and improving processes to enhance efficiencies within the FP&A function, offering solutions and perspectives aligned with company goals
To success in this FP&A Specialist, you must have proven experiences in financial analysis, financial reports and comfortable working individually with teamwork spirit. The good English communication skill is required.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Minimum five to seven years' experiences in financial planning and analysis
Strong proficiency in financial modelling, analysis, and excel
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build and manage effective working relationships
Detail-oriented with strong organisational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
