Financial Controller (250K)

Lead and oversee the company’s financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, strong internal controls, and strategic financial support to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee full-spectrum accounting and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to support business decisions
• Monitor cash flow, cost control, and financial performance, providing actionable insights to management
• Strengthen internal controls, risk management, and audit processes (both internal & external)
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to ensure high performance and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Proven experience in a Financial Controller or senior finance leadership role
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, and internal controls
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• CPA or equivalent professional certification is a plus
