Tax Manager

An exciting opportunity to join a leading multinational automotive company as a Tax Manager. This role offers full ownership of tax across multiple entities, combining compliance, advisory, and stakeholder management. You will work closely with both local leadership and regional teams, playing a key role in supporting business decisions and managing tax risks.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead tax operations across Thailand entities, ensuring full compliance with local regulations
• Oversee corporate income tax, VAT, withholding tax, excise tax, and other statutory filings
• Manage tax audits and act as the main point of contact with tax authorities
• Provide tax advisory to internal stakeholders across Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and Operations
• Identify tax risks and opportunities aligned with business strategy
• Collaborate with regional and global teams on transfer pricing and documentation
• Monitor regulatory updates including BOI and IBC requirements and assess business impact
• Drive process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency in tax reporting
• Lead and develop the tax team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Tax, Finance, or related field
• Solid knowledge of Thai Revenue Code and excise tax
• Exposure to customs or accounting is an advantage
• Strong analytical and business partnering skills
• Comfortable working in a multinational environment
• Good command of English
