This role acts as a Finance Business Partner to senior stakeholders, driving commercial planning, pricing strategy, budgeting, and performance analysis to support business growth and profitability

About the Role

We are recruiting a Commercial Finance Manager to join a dynamic international company based in Bangkok. This is a high visibility finance business partnering role, supporting business units and senior management with commercial insights, financial modelling, and strategic planning.

You will play a critical role in shaping commercial strategy, reviewing pricing and discount policies, managing budgeting and forecasting processes, and ensuring data driven decision making across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Planning and Analysis

• Lead annual budget, forecast, and rolling forecast processes in line with business strategy
• Deliver commercial analysis to evaluate profitability, pricing effectiveness, and business initiatives
• Prepare management reports with clear KPIs and performance insights for senior leadership
• Monitor and review discount structures and commercial policies to maximise margin

Finance Business Partnering

• Act as trusted Finance Business Partner to business units and senior stakeholders
• Translate financial data into actionable recommendations
• Support pricing decisions and cost optimisation initiatives
• Work closely with BU leaders to improve commercial performance

Strategic and Investment Support

• Conduct ROI analysis, financial modelling, and scenario planning
• Evaluate business cases and capital investments
• Support long term commercial and financial strategy development

Risk Management and Governance

• Identify commercial and operational risks
• Partner with stakeholders to develop mitigation plans
• Strengthen financial controls and reporting accuracy

Systems and Process Improvement

• Support ERP driven reporting improvements
• Enhance financial visibility through digital tools and analytics
• Drive process efficiency within commercial finance
