A leading organisation based in Bangkok CBD is seeking a Finance Project Controller to join its operations team. This role supports high-profile EPC projects, providing strong financial control, transparency, and insight across the project lifecycle. What you'll do:

As a Finance Project Controller, you will support the financial performance of EPC projects from start to finish. You will provide timely financial insights, strengthen collaboration between project teams, and ensure consistent application of project controlling standards. Your role focuses on cost control, cash flow, risk management, and accurate reporting to support informed decision-making and successful project delivery.

  • Prepare accurate and timely project financial reports across all involved entities.

  • Monitor contract cash flow, identifying risks, savings, and opportunities.

  • Build and consolidate project forecasts in coordination with core teams.

  • Manage foreign exchange exposure in collaboration with the Treasury team.

  • Oversee bonds and guarantees in line with contractual requirements.

  • Act as financial lead for assigned projects, supporting billing and contract interpretation.

  • Ensure compliance with internal project review and governance procedures.

  • Provide early warnings on margin variations and financial risks.

  • Prepare documentation for variation orders, risks, and savings.

  • Support financial aspects of contracts with banks and financial institutions.

What you bring:

You have solid experience in project controlling within the EPC sector and are confident managing complex financial data in fast-paced project environments. You combine strong technical knowledge with clear communication and a collaborative mindset. Your ability to manage risk, improve processes, and support project teams makes you a trusted finance partner.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum five years’ experience in project controlling within the EPC industry.

  • Strong experience in cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

  • Good understanding of financial risk management and regulatory compliance.

  • Knowledge of Thai accounting standards and basic Thailand tax principles.

  • Familiarity with TFRS and financial documentation requirements.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to influence project stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in ERP systems and financial reporting tools.

  • Clear communication skills in both English and Thai.

  • Well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

  • Adaptable and collaborative, with a hands-on approach to finance activities.
