VP Accounting and Finance - 300K

Key financial leader overseeing accounting, finance, and strategic planning to drive sustainable growth and governance for a diversified industrial group.

Job responsibilities:

1. Oversee and ensure integrity of all accounting functions (general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, month-end/quarter-end/year-end closing) across multiple business units.

2. Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial modelling to support group strategic initiatives and capital allocation decisions.

3. Develop and maintain robust internal control, finance governance frameworks and compliance with Thai GAAP/IFRS, tax and regulatory requirements.

4. Partner with business leadership (Agriculture, Property, Logistics & Warehousing) to drive financial performance insights, cost optimisation and decision support.

5. Manage and develop the finance & accounting team (including ERP/finance systems) to enable scalable, high-quality reporting and analytics in a growth environment.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; CPA or equivalent professional qualification strongly preferred.

2. At least 12-15 years of progressive accounting/finance experience, with significant leadership responsibility in a diversified or multi-business enterprise.

3. Deep expertise in financial reporting, consolidation, audit, tax, compliance, and proven track record in implementing or upgrading finance systems/ERP.

4. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, excellent communication (Thai & English), ability to partner with senior leadership and drive business results.

5. Proven ability to build and lead high-performing finance teams, champion change and drive process improvements in a dynamic, complex organisation.
