Business Controller

Serve as a strategic finance partner, driving financial performance, business planning, and operational efficiency for an MNC in the agriculture sector. This role involves financial analysis, cost control, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with corporate and regulatory standards to support decision-making and business growth

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with business objectives.

• Conduct financial analysis, including variance analysis, profitability assessment, and cost control measures.

• Partner with business units to provide strategic insights and recommendations for improving financial performance.

• Monitor key financial KPIs, ensuring accurate reporting and transparency in financial operations.

• Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Drive process improvements and system enhancements to optimize financial reporting and operational efficiency.

• Support management in investment decisions, pricing strategies, and risk assessments.

• Lead financial scenario planning, cash flow management, and working capital optimization.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, operations, and commercial teams, to align financial strategies with business goals.

• Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management and global stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

• At least 5-7 years of experience in financial controlling, FP&A, or business finance, preferably in an MNC environment.

• Experience in the agriculture, agribusiness, or manufacturing industry is a plus.

• Strong analytical skills, with expertise in financial modeling, cost control, and performance management.

• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Excel skills.

• Knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and local tax regulations.

• Excellent communication, business partnering, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
