What you'll do:
As a Plant Controller, you will play a pivotal role in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. You will be responsible for developing detailed budgets for projects and departments while also monitoring the company's costs and expenses. Your analytical skills will be put to use as you prepare cost variance reports and conduct regular audits. Working closely with procurement and production teams, you will strive to optimise cost control measures. Your role will also involve maintaining accurate records of material, labor, and overhead costs. Ensuring compliance with financial policies, accounting standards, and internal controls will be a key part of your responsibilities.

* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in cost control, financial analysis, Corporate Planning.
* Prior experience of working in multi-national company , Chemical Industry preferable.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
