Finance & Controlling Management Trainee

A global company for food and healthcare supplier are looking for a Finance & Controlling Management Trainee to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a local Finance team managing all finance and controlling activities. What you'll do:

As a Finance & Controlling Management Trainee, your primary role will be to manage all finance and controlling activities covering financial reporting (group and statutory), local compliance report, Trade Affair, Indirect Tax (GST) etc. You will also have the opportunity for rotation and short assignment in various areas including Finance, legal, operations and commercial controlling, pricing. Your energy, creativity, and determination will shape our future, making a positive difference on billions of people.

• Manage local trade affair compliance matters
• Handle Financial and Management Accounting as well as Government and regulatory reporting
• Oversee financial reporting and control, including Group and Statutory reporting
• Assist in checking of compliance with internal procedure and controls
• Support local management in the development and analysis of business plans and cost savings opportunities
• Participate in Finance-related projects as assigned

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Management Trainee position brings a minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience. You possess strong interpersonal skills that allow you to thrive in a multicultural environment. Your excellent analytical and problem-solving skills will be crucial in managing local trade affair compliance matters and supporting local management in the development and analysis of business plans. Fluency in English is required.

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience
• Fluency in English
• Knowledge of SAP FI/CO is a plus
• Advanced Excel Skills
• Strong interpersonal skills in a multicultural environment
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to relocate for overseas assignment
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
