A global company for food and healthcare supplier are looking for a Finance & Controlling Management Trainee to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a local Finance team managing all finance and controlling activities. You will have the chance to work in varied, flexible, and stimulating environments alongside empowered professionals.
What you'll do:
As a Finance & Controlling Management Trainee, your primary role will be to manage all finance and controlling activities covering financial reporting (group and statutory), local compliance report, Trade Affair, Indirect Tax (GST) etc. You will also have the opportunity for rotation and short assignment in various areas including Finance, legal, operations and commercial controlling, pricing. Your energy, creativity, and determination will shape our future, making a positive difference on billions of people.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Management Trainee position brings a minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience. You possess strong interpersonal skills that allow you to thrive in a multicultural environment. Your excellent analytical and problem-solving skills will be crucial in managing local trade affair compliance matters and supporting local management in the development and analysis of business plans. Fluency in English is required.
