Finance and accounting manager

We are seeking for Finance and Accounting Manager. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage the Finance Accounting Department, ensuring business objectives are achieved in a cost-effective manner. The successful candidate will provide accurate and timely financial and management reports, ensuring compliance with internal and external audit, legal and involves in supporting the management team in all finance and accounting aspects.

What you'll do:

As a Finance and Accounting Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the Finance Accounting Department to achieve business objectives efficiently. Your responsibilities will include managing financial reporting, implementing audit recommendations, maintaining the General Ledger, and ensuring compliance with various requirements. You will also be responsible for cash flow management, handling legal matters, and overseeing the administration policies of the company.

• Manage the timely and accurate completion of monthly, quarterly and annual reports
• Implement audit recommendations from internal and external auditors
• Maintain the General Ledger and ensure reconciliation requirements are reviewed periodically
• Ensure financial procedures comply with audit requirements, company policies, and statutory requirements
• Manage cash flow to ensure liquidity is sufficient for debt payments and employee salaries
• Handle legal, tax and company secretarial matters of the Group

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Finance and Accounting Manager position brings a wealth of experience in auditing, financial accounting, management reporting, and costing accounting. With at least 10 years experience in these areas. You possess strong management skills that enable you to effectively lead your team. Your excellent interpersonal skills allow you to cooperate seamlessly with all levels of management. Your technical expertise in finance & accounting is complemented by your proficiency in English communication as well as software applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
