What you'll do:
As a Finance Controller, your primary responsibility will be to manage all aspects of the company's financial operations. You will oversee all company accounts and investments, create monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts. Your role will also involve managing cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing internal reports. You will supervise and manage the finance department staff, including accountants and financial assistants. Your leadership skills will be put to good use as you motivate and lead finance team members by clarifying roles and providing helpful feedback. Additionally, you may suggest updates and improvements for accounting systems.
