Financial Controller

An attractive Financial Controller job (x1 vacancy) with managerial opportunity in a prestigious professional service organisation based in Thailand has just become available.

About the Financial Controller Role:

Reporting to expat MD, sitting in Thailand, you will lead all accounting and finance activities across the region. As the Financial Controller, you will be in charge of working on the reporting standards, data gathered, controlling, monitoring and planning for company's sustainability and profitability.

The package for this role includes base salary + performance bonus + provident fund

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with head of each project in processing accounting activities such as invoice issuing, service agreement, etc.
• Responsible for accounting receivable ageing reports and following up on outstanding invoices
• Manage and oversee daily accounting operations to ensure everything is on track, submitted on time with accuracy
• Monitor, supervise and guild accounting team members
• Ensure the reports are compliance with local statutory accounting standards
• Responsible for financial analysis such as P/L, B/S, Cashflow, forecasting, budgeting, etc
• Be able to lead, suggest and guide key stakeholders on the best practice and outcome that most benefit company performance
• Collaboratively work with cross-functional teams, stakeholder, and external parties such as external audit, revenue department, etc.

To success in this Financial Controller position, you must be able to lead, guide, support teams and key stakeholders to understand accounting language in general terms. You must also possess good English communication skill in order to deal with MNC working environment.

Key Requirements:

• At least Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance
• Thai nationality
• Good English communication skill both written and spoken
• Strong accounting knowledge/ standard
• Minimum ten years's working experience in related area with at least five years' experience in managerial level
• CPD holder is a must
• Solid experience and good understand of local accounting law and regulations
• Proactive and good energy, comfortable performing multifacetes initiatives
