Finance Controller

A globally recognised organisation is looking for a Financial Controller to join its team in a conveniently located office with easy access to BTS/MRT. What you'll do:

• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports to support strategic and operational decisions
• Analyse P&L performance, identify key drivers, risks, and opportunities
• Partner with business units to enhance financial visibility and reporting quality
• Lead budgeting and rolling forecast processes, consolidating inputs across teams
• Ensure consistency and reliability of financial submissions across the organisation
• Review project financial, accruals, and reconciliations to maintain data integrity
• Support cost structure analysis and profitability tracking across business units
• Coordinate with regional teams on reporting, pricing, and system-related processes
• Monitor project pipelines and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely closure

What you bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• At least 7 years' experience in Controlling or FP&A role
• Strong familiarity with ERP systems (SAP is a plus)
• Advanced Excel skills; ability to present insights clearly (PowerPoint)
• Fluent in English for stakeholder communication
