An established real estate investment company is seeking an Investment Manager to support retail, office, and warehouse investments. This role focuses on financial modelling, feasibility studies, due diligence, and investment execution, working closely with senior stakeholders.

What you’ll do:

• Develop financial models and conduct feasibility studies for investment opportunities

• Perform financial, legal, and commercial due diligence

• Prepare presentations for investment committee and stakeholders

• Analyse market data and support new business initiatives

• Review investment documents and contracts

• Coordinate with internal and external parties throughout transactions

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Real Estate, or related field

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in real estate or finance

• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills

• Solid understanding of valuation and investment principles

• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

• Fluent in Thai and English

• REIT knowledge is a plus
