FP&A Manager 120K - Nonthaburi

This position leads financial planning and analysis activities, providing management with timely insights on performance, costs, and business drivers to support effective planning and operational control.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and periodic financial planning processes

• Prepare and analyze monthly management reports, performance results, and variances

• Conduct cost analysis and identify cost drivers and improvement opportunities

• Support profitability analysis and business performance evaluation

• Assess financial impact of operational or business changes

• Support capital expenditure analysis and investment evaluation

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance financial insight and planning quality

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in FP&A, management accounting, or related roles

• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis

• Experience in cost control, variance analysis, and business support

• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills

• Good command of written and spoken English

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
