Join a global food & beverage leader in travel retail, driving financial performance and strategic insights across high-traffic airport operations as an FP&A Manager.

Job Description

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly/monthly forecasting, and mid-term financial planning for Thailand operations

• Analyze P&L, KPIs, and variance drivers to provide meaningful insights and action-oriented recommendations

• Prepare financial reports and management dashboards for senior leadership and regional stakeholders

• Support new outlet openings, expansion strategy, and investment decisions through financial modeling

• Track commercial performance and partner with operations to optimize revenue and cost structures

• Improve planning processes, data accuracy, and reporting automation across systems and business units

• Ensure compliance with internal finance policies, standards, and audit requirements

• Mentor and coach team members to enhance analytical capability and performance delivery

• Act as a key business partner, influencing decisions that impact market competitiveness and growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred)

• 5–8 years FP&A or financial analysis experience, ideally in F&B, retail, or multi-site business

• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling

• High proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint; experience with Power BI/ERP systems is a strong advantage

• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate with senior stakeholders

• Leadership capability with experience managing or guiding junior team members

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

• Strong business acumen, problem-solving skills, and proactive mindset

• Professional proficiency in Thai; working English ability preferred
