What you'll do:
As a Business Development Manager (M&A Investment), your role will be pivotal in driving the company's growth within the renewable energy sector. You will take charge of identifying and evaluating potential M&A opportunities that align with the company's strategic goals. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to build strong network connections, representing the company in exploring business opportunities for renewable energy projects across Thailand and Asia. Your exceptional project management skills will be crucial in securing and developing new projects from inception through to the construction phase. * Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive analyses, risk assessments, and valuation insights
* Conduct initial screenings of projects, evaluating technical, commercial, contractual, and financial aspects
* Identify, evaluate, and drive M&A opportunities

A degree in a related field such as Engineering or Finance, coupled with your proven track record in closing deals, makes you the perfect fit for this role.
