What you'll do:

As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of the organisation.

• Foresee business scenarios and track performance metrics for strategic decision-making
• Work closely with the finance hub on monthly rolling forecasts, including P&L and working capital
• Maximise value among stakeholders through best allocation in short and long term
• Provide analysis and insightful commentary on forecasts against budgets/prior month forecast
• Support brand/channel strategy in collaboration with sales/commercial and finance teams
• Develop helpful recommendations from insights gathered across the business
• Identify and evaluate opportunities to develop strategic directions that can move the whole business forward

What you bring:

As our ideal Finance Business Partner candidate, you bring a wealth of experience in financial analysis.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
• Excellent command of English language
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Finance Business Partner roles, preferably in FMCG
• Positive mindset with excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within diverse cultures
• Hands-on, logical, results-oriented approach
