Accounting Manager (Shared Service) - 120K (BTS Chongnonsi)

This role oversees end-to-end accounting operations within a shared service environment, driving process standardisation, system enhancements (SAP), and automation initiatives to elevate efficiency, control, and overall financial performance for a growing organisation.

• Lead day-to-day accounting operations (AR/AP/Shared Service) to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and strong internal controls.

• Oversee process improvement initiatives to standardize workflows, reduce manual tasks, and enhance operational efficiency.

• Drive automation projects, including RPA implementation, to uplift productivity and strengthen control environment.

• Act as SAP process owner for accounting (FI/CO), supporting system optimization, UAT, and enhancements with cross-functional teams.

• Collaborate with Finance, Business Units, Tax, and IT to ensure smooth end-to-end accounting operations.

• Review management reports and provide insights that support business decisions and operational excellence.

• Mentor and develop the accounting operations team, building capability within the shared service function.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA or Master’s degree is a plus.

• 10+ years of experience in accounting operations with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role within shared service or high-volume operations.

• Strong knowledge of SAP (FI/CO) and proven experience in process improvement, system enhancement, or automation/RPA projects.

• Solid understanding of accounting standards and compliance (TFRS/IFRS) with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Demonstrated leadership capability with experience coaching teams and managing change in fast-paced environments.
