We are conducting a confidential search for a Head of Accounting & Finance to oversee end-to-end finance operations, statutory compliance, and strategic financial leadership within a leading logistics organisation.

Job Description

• Lead end-to-end accounting, finance, and reporting functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely month-end/year-end closing.

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and provide strategic insights to support operational and commercial decisions.

• Strengthen internal controls, audit readiness, tax compliance, and implement finance best practices aligned with IFRS and Thai GAAP.

• Partner closely with logistics, warehouse, commercial, and operations teams to drive cost efficiency and business performance.

• Manage and develop the accounting & finance team, ensuring strong capability, clear processes, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with CPA required; Master’s degree is an advantage.

• Minimum 10 years' experience in accounting & finance, with proven exposure in logistics, warehousing, distribution, or supply chain.

• Strong technical knowledge in Thai GAAP, IFRS, tax compliance, and statutory reporting.

• Excellent English communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional and regional stakeholders.

• Demonstrated leadership ability, analytical thinking, and a hands-on, detail-oriented working style.
