Chief Financial Officer - Minburi

We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead financial strategy and operations. The role involves managing cash flow, overseeing accounting and finance teams, and driving the IPO process, working closely with the CEO to ensure the company’s financial success and growth.

• Lead and manage the company’s financial strategy, including cash flow management and optimization.
• Oversee the accounting and finance teams, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance.
• Work closely with third parties, including auditors, financial institutions, and other external partners to facilitate the IPO process.
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and systems to improve financial performance.
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and other stakeholders.
• Monitor financial risks, ensuring proper controls are in place.
• Prepare and present financial statements, reports, and budgets to senior leadership.
• Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes, including forecasting and budgeting.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in finance, with significant experience in leading IPO processes.
• Proven track record as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role, with experience overseeing large teams.
• Strong maturity and decision-making ability, with experience navigating complex financial situations.
• In-depth knowledge of financial management, cash flow, financial reporting, and IPO processes.
• Experience in leading or supporting IPOs or capital raising initiatives.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, particularly in managing accounting and finance functions.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
