Cost Accounting (150K ) - Packaging Manufacturing

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Cost Accounting Leader to drive financial planning, optimize cost management, and oversee inventory controls at their state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact in a key leadership role

  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting at the plant level to align with business objectives.
  • Analyze cost structures and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Partner with plant management to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring accurate valuation and adherence to internal controls.
  • Provide financial guidance for strategic projects, including capacity planning and plant expansions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 10+ years in manufacturing, with 5+ years in management.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and strong analytical skills.
