A fast-growing energy solutions company in Bangkok CBD is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to oversee full-cycle finance and accounting operations. The company provides building efficiency systems and energy optimization projects that help businesses reduce energy costs, improve operational efficiency, and maintain high-performance facilities. This role offers the opportunity to drive financial discipline, provide actionable insights, and strengthen processes across projects and operations.

• Lead end-to-end finance and accounting operations with strong controls and accurate reporting.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business planning, project profitability, and strategic decisions.

• Build and develop the finance function, mentoring staff while improving processes and systems.

What you'll do:

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Thai standards.

• Oversee daily accounting operations: AP/AR, GL entries, reconciliations, and bank management.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning with accurate, actionable insights.

• Build financial models to evaluate projects, product margins, and business scenarios.

• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and banking relationships to ensure operational stability.

• Coordinate audits, work with external advisors, and maintain organised financial documentation.

• Drive process improvements: SOPs, internal controls, reporting frameworks, dashboards, and financial systems.

• Collaborate with commercial, operations, and project teams on cost management and pricing strategies.

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CPA preferred.

• 7–10 years in finance/accounting roles, preferably in project-based or service-oriented industries.

• Strong experience in operational finance, full-cycle accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.

• Skilled in financial analysis, modelling, and translating insights for business decisions.

• Familiarity with Thai accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory compliance.

• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to build processes while managing daily operations.

• Excellent communication skills to collaborate across functions and mentor teams.
