Finance Manager

What you'll do:

• Lead the preparation, management, and reporting of accurate and timely financial information to support effective decision-making across the organization.
• Serve as a strategic partner to the Leadership Team by providing clear financial insights and guidance on key initiatives.
• Develop and oversee annual budgets, forecasts, cash flow projections, and capital expenditure plans to ensure strong financial planning.
• Maintain robust internal controls and ensure compliance with relevant policies, regulations, and financial governance standards.
• Prepare monthly management accounts in line with agreed timelines and accounting standards to provide transparency on financial performance.
• Manage statutory accounting functions, including tax filings, regulatory compliance in Thailand, and coordination with external auditors.
• Work closely with tax advisors, auditors, and other professional partners to uphold best practices in financial management.

What you bring:

• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field, or equivalent experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills enabling you to collaborate effectively with diverse teams including non-financial colleagues at all levels.
• Sound judgement combined with integrity ensures you act as a dependable steward of organisational resources at all times.
• Fluency in spoken and written English is required given the international nature of the school community.
