Finance Manager (150K+) - Startup

We are seeking a hands-on Finance Manager to establish finance operations, manage budgeting and cost control, and partner closely with management and investors in a fast-growing property management startup.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, establish, and implement SOPs for accounting and finance operations from scratch

• Oversee full-spectrum accounting and finance functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency

• Coordinate closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Procurement teams to support business decisions

• Prepare and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow planning

• Develop and present management reports for internal management and external stakeholders (investors, auditors, partners)

• Act as Project Finance / Cost Controller, monitoring project costs, expenses, and profitability

• Serve as a strategic business partner to the Sales team to support pricing, margin analysis, and commercial decisions

• Liaise with external parties such as auditors, consultants, banks, and investors

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field

• Audit background preferred (Big 4 or reputable audit firms is a plus)

• Experience working in a startup or fast-growing environment is strongly preferred

• Hands-on experience in accounting system implementation is a strong advantage

• Strong business partnering mindset with the ability to communicate financial insights clearly

• Able to present in English and communicate effectively with management and investors

• High ownership, adaptability, and problem-solving skills

• Thai nationality

• Willing and able to travel to project sites week once per week
