Finance Manager — MRT Samyan (130K)

Lead the finance function for a global beauty and wellness brand, driving financial performance and strategic decision-making for the Thailand market. This hybrid role offers direct exposure to regional stakeholders and strong career growth in a dynamic consumer business.

Job Description

• Own and lead end-to-end finance operations for Thailand — including reporting, accounting, compliance, and governance

• Manage month-end & quarter-end closing, delivering accurate financial statements and analysis

• Prepare and present variance analysis, KPIs, and strategic insights to management and regional stakeholders

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to drive operational performance

• Oversee cash flow, intercompany transactions, and FX control to safeguard financial health

• Supervise daily accounting activities including commission payouts, vendor payments, and GL controls

• Ensure Thai GAAP and tax compliance, and partner with auditors on statutory reviews

• Strengthen internal controls, continuously improving finance systems and processes (ERP/SAP)

• Develop and mentor team members while collaborating effectively across commercial and operational units

• Support business growth initiatives with data-driven recommendations and scenario planning

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance (CPA or equivalent is a plus)

• 5–8 years of finance/accounting experience with 2–5 years in a supervisory role

• Strong technical knowledge in Thai GAAP, taxation, and financial controls

• Experience in multinational, consumer/retail/beauty industries is highly preferred

• Proficient in SAP or other ERP platforms, with strong Excel and analytical skills

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and business partnering capability

• Strong integrity, attention to detail, and ability to thrive under tight timelines

• Good command of English with confidence in cross-functional collaboration
