Job Description

• Own end-to-end finance operations including GL, AP/AR, compliance, and statutory reporting

• Coordinate month-end close with accountancy firm, financial statements, and analysis with precision and speed

• Manage tax strategy, audits, internal controls and risk management to global standards

• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and business planning with data-backed insights

• Build and enhance finance processes, systems, and governance as the company scales

• Influence commercial decisions by supporting sales and business expansion strategy

• Collaborate closely with APAC and global finance teams on cross-border initiatives

• Serve as the trusted advisor to Country leadership — balancing strategy with hands-on execution

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting/Finance (CPA or equivalent is a plus)

• 10+ years’ experience across finance operations/controlling/FP&A

• Proven success in multinational environments — FMCG/Healthcare/Life Sciences preferred

• Strong command of Thai statutory requirements and global reporting standards

• Tech-savvy: Excel expert, familiar with SAP B1

• Fluent in Thai with professional English communication

• Confident stakeholder manager with the ability to influence and advise leadership

• A proactive “builder” who thrives in a growing, evolving environment
