Regional Finance Manager

What you'll do:

As a Regional Finance Manager, your role will be pivotal in organising, analysing, and presenting financial data across our client's existing manufacturing plants.

• Organise and manage financial data, including production, accounting, commercial, and financing information
• Build and implement an accounting and reporting platform that integrates the operations of the current two plants
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive quarterly reports to the board
• Develop, set, and maintain KPIs at departmental and individual levels
• Cultivate an expansion-focused mindset, contributing to the strategic growth of manufacturing operations
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance transparency and efficiency across departments
• Oversee the documentation and legal compliance for new and existing plants

What you bring:

• Over 10 years of work experience, including management experience
• Fluency in English
• Experience in the manufacturing sector is preferred
• Familiarity with a regional role, including managing operations or coordination across multiple locations is preferred
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams as well as strong presentation and communication skills
