Accounting and Finance Manager - Ramintra

This role focuses on overseeing accounting operations (AP, AR, GL, TAX) and supporting finance reporting, with a strong emphasis on business partnership with the sales team and enhancing internal audit processes. The position requires experience in a trading company, proficiency in SAP, and managing subordinates, offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

Job Description:

  • Primarily focused on Finance and Accounting, with 80% of responsibilities in accounting operations (AP, AR, GL, TAX) and 20% in finance and reporting.
  • Act as a business partner to the sales team, supporting certain aspects of new project details, including legal terms and agreements.
  • Enhance internal audit processes and work flow.
  • Use SAP accounting system to manage processes efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • Experience in a trading company
  • Excellent communication skills in English (a must)
  • Experience managing subordinates
  • Strong "can-do" attitude
  • Proficiency in SAP is required
