Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage credit control, accounts receivable, and inventory operations.
• Lead initiatives to improve accounting standards, policies, and workflows.
• Coach and guide team members to ensure compliance with best accounting practices.
• Support external and internal audit processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an external audit firm (Big 4 preferred).
• CPA certification is an advantage.
• Proficiency in SAP is required.
• Experience in retail, trading, or FMCG industries is essential.
• Lean process improvement experience is a plus.
• Growth mindset, calm demeanor, and maturity in handling challenges.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: Negotiable based on experience.
• Bonus: 3+ months.
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday and on site only
