Financial Controller - Samut Prakan

The Financial Controller will lead strategic financial planning, accounting, and taxation initiatives while overseeing cost accounting and financial operations to ensure alignment with the company’s business objectives. This role requires strong leadership, extensive manufacturing experience, and expertise in treasury management, BOI regulations, and business analysis.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop strategic plans for accounting and taxation, including financial statement preparation and analysis, cost accounting and analysis, and tax planning.
2. Formulate financial strategies and conduct risk analysis related to finance and foreign exchange, aligning with the company’s business growth.
3. Oversee and manage financial operations in alignment with the company’s business activities.
4. Provide recommendations on financial investments and assess other factors that may impact business decisions.
5. Analyze and present data in a way that supports strategic decision-making for management.
6. Supervise and ensure the accuracy and reliability of accounting and financial reports.
7. Manage and develop team members, including performance evaluation.

Qualifications:

1. Male/Female candidates.
2. Master’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA License is a plus).
3. Visionary, knowledgeable, and possesses strong leadership skills, capable of managing teams effectively.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills, able to collaborate seamlessly and efficiently across departments.
5. At least 5 years of experience as a Financial Controller or equivalent, with a focus on manufacturing industry and cost accounting in factory environments.
6. Experience in Treasury management, foreign exchange (Forex), and cash budgeting.
7. Knowledge of BOI regulations, tax, and investment-related benefits.
8. Strong organizational management and business analysis skills, with the ability to handle complex problem-solving.
9. Proficient in English communication.
