Accounting Manager - Prachinburi

As an Accounting Manager specializing in Consolidation, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of consolidated financial statements across multiple entities, adhering to both local and international accounting standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage a team of 8 subordinates, reporting directly to the Accounting Director.
2. Participate in the implementation of Dynamics 365 system for accounting processes.
3. Oversee accounting operations to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal control systems.
4. Review and approve VAT reports for submission to the tax department.
5. Manage the financial statement closing process, analyse financial data, and prepare reports for management decision-making.
6. Supervise the preparation of intercompany transactions and quarterly balance sheet estimates, ensuring timely reporting to the Group Accounting Manager and Consolidation department.
7. Coordinate with external auditors for quarterly and annual financial audits and ensure compliance with statutory financial statement submissions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience.
• Open for relocation is a must.
• Strong financial analysis skills, including waterfall analysis.
• Proven ability to manage teams effectively.
• Proficiency in English and expertise in Microsoft Office.

Benefits:

• Base salary: open for negotiation.
• Up country allowance: 10,000THB per month.
• Variable bonus: 3 months.
• Provident fund: 3%.
• Working hours: Mon-Thurs 8AM-6PM and Fri 8AM-5PM.

Interview Process:

• 1^st round online interview with Accounting Director.
• 2^nd round Face to face meeting.
