Senior Accounting manager - BTS Thonglor

The Accounting Manager will oversee and manage the accounting operations for a high-end real estate developer. This role involves handling full-cycle accounting processes, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, tax compliance, budgeting, and forecasting. You will ensure accurate financial reporting and contribute to the strategic financial planning of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business: Luxury Condominium and Residential
• Reports to: CEO
• Subordinates: 2 accountants
• Accounting System : Express
• Manage full-cycle accounting, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
• Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Oversee tax preparation and compliance, working with external auditors and tax advisors.
• Develop and manage the company’s budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Supervise and mentor a small team of accounting professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Implement and maintain accounting policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
• Utilize Express accounting software for financial record-keeping and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Proven experience in full-cycle accounting, with a strong understanding of AP, AR, GL, tax, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Strong leadership abilities with effective people management and team development skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software, specifically Express, and advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with senior management and other departments.
