[Urgent] FP&A Manager (BTS/MRT)

An exciting FP&A Manager (x 2 vacancy) job has just become available at one of the most respected global FMCG/pharmaceutical firms based in Bangkok. Reporting directly to the CFO of SEA, this is a role for a FP&A who is a leader in their field.

About the Global FP&A Manager Role:

In this business critical role you will be responsible for defining the broad business financial strategy, delivering the highest quality service alongside the key players from other departments. You will also take the lead providing opinions to all finance-related activities, including budgeting, P&L, and more.

The salary range for this role is THB100k - 150k per month + provident fund + performance bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Foresee business scenarios and track performance metrics for the organisation to make strategic decisions
• Bring best allocation, in short and long term to maximise value among stakeholders
• Join projects on country level of pharmaceutical finance
• Manage risk, and optimise process to ensure a financial sustainability
• Be responsible for financial transparency of the company
• Get insights from discussions across the business and develops helpful recommendations
• Identifies and evaluates opportunities and develops strategic directions that can move the whole business

To succeed in this role, you must have good command of English.

Key Requirements:

• Thai native speaker with ability to communicate in English
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Finance/Accounting
• Three to five years of experiences in financial analysis
• Great working attitude and positive mindset with excellent interpersonal skills
• Ready for challenges with a global perspective, able to work with diverse cultures
• Hands on, logical, results oriented and an active personality
