About the Payment Team Lead Role:

Reporting to the manager, you will manage and control overall accounting related activities as well as communicating with external parties.

The role comes with attractive package + performance bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

• To manage and control overall payment process
• To manage the accurate and timely monthly reports and other assignment
• Handling on all transaction and review payment team member deliveries
• Developing, implementing, and managing payment process
• Handling other tasks as assigned

The successful Accounting Manager must be hands on, able to work effectively and co-operatively with teams, across borders and internal matrix.

Key Requirements:

• Thai native with ability to communicate in English
• Experience in handling high volume of invoices to payment
• Can handle large team (15-25 subordinates)
• Ability to move to Saraburi from time to time
• Committed, enthusiastic and able to drive the business forward
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and analytic skills
• Hands on, logical, results oriented and an active personality
