Finance and Accounting Manager

About the Finance and Accounting Manager Role:

Reporting to Country Manager (Local GM), you will lead all accounting and finance activities. As the Finance and Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for finance support functions including company financial performance, investment activities and strategic planning for long-term financial growth.

The package for this role includes base salary + guaranteed bonus + performance bonus + provident fund

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform monthly and annual financial reporting
• Ensure the accounting and financial activities are complied with the company and local legal regulations
• Responsible for general accounting function (AR,AP,GL,Tax,Inventory)
• Ensure the financial reporting are submitted on timely manner with accuracy
• Manage AR and company cashflow to maximise company profitability
• Collaborate and deal with external parties such as External Auditor, revenue department, etc.
• Manage Bank guarantee to support business operations
• Keep updated on the accounting standard and the support implementation of SOP
• Provide financial advice and recommendations to support company performance analysis
• Responsible for monthly forecasting, budgeting and cash flow management of Thailand entity
• Prepare financial analysis and report for management decision
• Involve and engage with other team members to manage and develop the business and financial performance

To succeed in this Finance and Accounting Manager role, you must be confident in communicating in English. You must also have strong accounting knowledge with experience in finance support of which help company meet its financial needs.

Key Requirements:

• At least Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent professional certificate
• Thai nationality
• Minimum five years' working experience in accounting and two years' experience in finance
• Familiar with IFRS
• Experience in SAP B1 is a plus
• Strong English communication skill both written and spoken
• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device and trading would be a big plus
• Able to work independently with good interpersonal skill
