An rapidly expanding manufacturing is looking a talented Finance manager in Rayong to take on a replacement role. In this job, your main responsibility is to lead a team and be responsible for all finance-related functions.

About the Finance Manager Role:

In this business critical role, you will be responsible for driving the profitability of the organisation by work cross functional across department heads and provide financial advise for top management to achieve both short term and long term goal of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Accounting and Financial controllership of Thailand entity
• Managing profitability and maintaining sound financial position through financial analysis, budgeting, long range planning and capital plan and ensure budgets are achieved
• Responsible for cost control and review month end closing by work closely with operation team and shared service team
• Provide financial advice regarding to investment and new business model
• Act as a key contact person and liaise with regulatory bodies not limited to Revenue department, BOI and external auditor
• Ensure local statutory are in compliance as well as US GAAP financial reporting
• Ensure Sarbanes-Oxley Act section 404 of USA for planning, implementing and internal auditing are in placed and complied

To succeed in the Finance manager job, you will need to have at least 10 years' experience in leading manufacturing in Accounting and Finance functions from leading MNC, Chemical or Food background will be advantage.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
• External Audit background with CPA will be advantage
• Strong costing experience
• Knowledge in US GAAP and SOX is preferred
• Strong business partnering skills & strong business acumen
• Experience in FP&A with ability to influence and drive
• Fluent in English
• Ability to work in Rayong
