CFO - Listed Company
This role will be a key member of the executive leadership team, working closely with the CEO and Board to drive financial strategy and support the organisation’s growth. The CFO will oversee all finance functions including financial planning, accounting, treasury, tax, and governance, ensuring strong financial discipline and strategic decision-making across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Finance Leadership

Partner with the CEO and executive team to define and execute the organisation’s financial strategy.

Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to support business growth, investments, and operational decisions.

Lead financial planning and forecasting processes to support long-term corporate objectives.
Financial Management & Reporting

Oversee all financial operations including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and financial controls.

Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial statements in compliance with regulatory and accounting standards.

Strengthen internal controls and financial governance frameworks.
Capital Management & Treasury
-
Manage cash flow, capital allocation, and funding strategies.

Oversee banking relationships and financing activities.

Evaluate investment opportunities and support strategic transactions where relevant.
Corporate Governance & Compliance

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate governance standards.

Work closely with the Board and Audit Committee on financial reporting and governance matters.

Lead risk management and financial compliance initiatives.
Leadership & Team Development

Lead and develop the finance organisation, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.

Strengthen finance capabilities across the organisation to support business expansion and operational excellence.
Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred).

Extensive senior finance leadership experience, ideally within large or complex organisations.

Strong background in financial strategy, corporate finance, and governance.

Experience working closely with executive leadership and Board-level stakeholders.

Strong leadership capability with the ability to drive organisational performance and transformation.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
