What You'll Do

As Finance Director (IPO), you will take full ownership of the company’s IPO preparation and execution strategy. You will align financial, operational, and governance frameworks with public market requirements while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory standards.

You will work closely with investment banks, auditors, legal counsel, and regulatory bodies to manage due diligence, financial disclosures, and listing documentation. A key part of your role will involve preparing and overseeing prospectuses, audited financial statements, and investor communications to ensure accuracy, transparency, and credibility.

You will strengthen internal controls, financial reporting processes, and risk management frameworks to meet public company standards. Acting as a strategic partner to the CEO and Board, you will provide financial insight to support valuation positioning, capital structure planning, and investor engagement strategy.

Post-listing, you will oversee ongoing reporting obligations, financial planning, compliance requirements, and investor relations support to ensure long-term success as a public entity.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead all financial aspects of the IPO process, ensuring regulatory compliance and best practice governance

Key Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience leading or playing a key role in a successful IPO

• Strong knowledge of Thai and/or international listing regulations

• Extensive experience working with investment banks, legal advisors, and auditors

• Expertise in financial reporting standards (IFRS or equivalent)

• Strong internal control, risk management, and governance implementation experience

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to operate strategically while maintaining attention to detail

• Professional qualification such as CPA, CFA, or equivalent preferred
