What You'll Do
As Finance Director (IPO), you will take full ownership of the company’s IPO preparation and execution strategy. You will align financial, operational, and governance frameworks with public market requirements while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory standards.
You will work closely with investment banks, auditors, legal counsel, and regulatory bodies to manage due diligence, financial disclosures, and listing documentation. A key part of your role will involve preparing and overseeing prospectuses, audited financial statements, and investor communications to ensure accuracy, transparency, and credibility.
You will strengthen internal controls, financial reporting processes, and risk management frameworks to meet public company standards. Acting as a strategic partner to the CEO and Board, you will provide financial insight to support valuation positioning, capital structure planning, and investor engagement strategy.
Post-listing, you will oversee ongoing reporting obligations, financial planning, compliance requirements, and investor relations support to ensure long-term success as a public entity.
Core Responsibilities

Key Qualifications & Experience
