This role is responsible for overseeing financial operations, shaping financial strategy, and supporting sustainable growth in a dynamic, content-driven business. What you'll do:

• Lead the financial strategy and governance of a prominent media and entertainment organisation.

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and regulatory compliance.

• Manage cash flow, capital structure, and investment activities.

• Provide financial analysis and insights to support executive and board-level decisions.

• Lead and develop the finance team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.

• Drive efficiency through process improvements and finance transformation initiatives.

• Manage relationships with auditors, regulators, investors, and key stakeholders.

• Support mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.

• Identify and manage financial and operational risks.

What you bring:

• Extensive senior finance leadership experience within listed or large organisations.

• Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance.

• Proven ability to partner with executives and lead high-performing teams.

• Excellent analytical skills and commercial judgement.

• Experience in cash flow management, capital markets, and stakeholder engagement.

• Track record in driving process improvement or finance transformation initiatives.

• Strong communication skills for board and external stakeholder engagement.

• Knowledge of risk management frameworks; media or entertainment experience is an advantage.

• High ethical standards and respect for diverse working environments.

• Fluency in English is required; Thai language skills are an advantage.
